# Subscribe

Displays a subscribe section on the homepage to encourage visitors to join your site. You can customize the title and publication cover image.

### Step-by-step: <a href="#step-by-step" id="step-by-step"></a>

Go to the "**Design & branding**" settings in Ghost Admin and click "**Customize**".

Under the **Homepage** section, locate "**Subscribe title**".

Edit the **title** as needed.

Click "**Save**" to apply the changes.

### Available Options <a href="#available-options" id="available-options"></a>

* **Title:** The main heading text.
  * *Default: Join the \[Site title]*
* **Image:** Uses the Publication cover image.
* **Form** - Action default for `#/portal/signup`

### Visibility rules <a href="#visibility-rules" id="visibility-rules"></a>

The Subscribe section will be hidden if the Portal is disabled, if the member is logged in, or if the "invite only" option is configured.
