The Publication icon is a built-in Ghost feature that helps visually identify your site. It appears in places like the portal, browser tab (favicon), and search results.
By default, Ghost shows a generic icon, but you can upload your own to personalize your site.
To upload or change the icon image:

Access Ghost Admin
Log in to your Ghost Admin at yoursite.com/ghost

Navigate to Design & Branding
Go to Settings > Site > Design & brandingyoursite.com/ghost/#/settings/design
Click the "Customize" button to open the editor.

Upload Your Icon
Under Publication icon, click "Upload icon" and select your file.
