You can upload, activate, and manage your theme directly from Ghost Admin. This is where you control the design and appearance of your publication.
Go to the "Theme" settings in Ghost Admin and click "Change theme".
Click "Upload theme" in the upper right corner and select the wind.zip file.
When the upload finishes, click "Activate" to apply the theme to your site.
